This is a solar powered Smart Head.  Wilf Rigter definitely out did himself on this circuit. It works beautifully and really blows away my Bicore head. And no batteries! I am definitely going to incorporate one of these suckers into a walker of some sort. If you are planning to build a head you should really look at this circuit.
