This is a simple spinner made to resemble an iris. The blooms and leaves are metalic origami paper and is highly reflective. The pot and butterfly are also origami and the pot contains the motor and solar engine. I used a Walkman motor in this circuit with a 1381-N trigger. When it fires it whips the little plant around like a tornado. The solar cell is located behind the pot.
