This little guy is a variation on the Buoybot theme. It sits on the bottom and charges during the day and via a D1 solar engine and Bicore, alternatingly blinks  red and green micro LEDs. It blinks for several hours on the power of 3 1F caps. The LEDs are in the small clear beads on the antenna structure. The lights blinking at night under the water  has a novel feeling and always gets a second look. One of these little probe like critters would liven up any aquarium or outside pool. The antenna does tend to snag Proteus1 every now and then when it dives. The under water ballet is interesting to watch, but I think I'll make another with a lower profile, for those very active robot aqua parks.
